I’m being given a 3% raise starting January 1st but being moved from salary to hourly so now I’m back to playing the fun game of having to make sure shit gets done but also making sure I don’t get overtime so I don’t get yelled at, ah the life of a poor

If shit needs to get done and it requires you to work longer days you should def be getting that OT. Fuck them

the first time I ever got pulled over in a friend's car was in North Hollywood when we were 15 and they made us lay facedown on the street with shotguns pointed at our heads and I remember wondering is this because I look vaguely tan as a mixed Hispanic or because I'm with blacks
