Yes, and there was a spike in cigarette smoking. Then that shit was regulated to hell and back and new smoker numbers have been dropping to ridiculous lows. It all started going back up when vaping became more available and different flavors were introduced.
Cigarettes also used to come in fruit flavors and were subsequently banned. It's a similar situation here.
Do they offer it for most of their flavors, or just certain ones? My brother used to vape and said he had issues getting the zero nicotine ones in most flavors because stores wouldn't stock them so you had to order online. In NY you had to have someone 18+ home to sign for the package which made it difficult to get shipments when everyone was at school/work.
i still see candy cigarettes sometimes but not anywhere near frequently
i think you might see them in like novelty shops or shit like that, not grocery/convenience stores
The only vape ads I've seen were on hulu and they were the ones that are like "VAPING WILL CAUSE YOU TO DIE"
i mostly ordered all my shit online, but i never had a problem getting zero nic in my juices at the shop either, not like i vaped 5000 diff juices though so fairly limited experience. most people find a "all day vape" and stick with it.
A lot of the advertising was targeted ads on social media for people with certain interests. Another reason why social media was a mistake.
If you like X electronic artist and Y movie you'd see ads for Berry Juul pods (or whatever the formula may be). They also had tents and things set up at concerts and other events to give out samples, threw parties inviting instagram influencers, etc.
parent your children
leave adults alone
your logic only leads to bans on flavored anything something someone else might deem unsafe. it's a terrible stance to take, especially as a flavored alcohol user i dont even know what you are saying anymore.
i suggest you reflect a bit.
Nah, I got gang banged in ycs back in the day for suggesting bad children have bad parents. People in here just wanted to blame the man.
By the same logic we should remove all advertising regulations? Let alcohol, cigarette, etc. companies just have a free for all advertising to kids of any age and leave it to the parents.
not a single person has said such a thing
why are poly people so ugly jesus

I said that vaping companies were able to get around regulations put in place for cigarette and alcohol companies as well as target ads at certain demographics on social media and the response was "bad parenting." I'm not sure I understand what the argument is then? You can stop your kids from going to concerts and other events until they're 18, sure, but I'm not sure that's the direction you're taking either.
if you raise your kids with any sense at all they wont fall for ads on social media or sketchy dudes with tables at concerts
just put the same regs on ads for nicotine as tobacco/alcohol and call it a day (i'm not even sure this isn't already the case, i have never once seen a vape ad on TV)
They have regs for ads now for print and TV, but they were initially able to get around it as it wasn't "cigarettes" or a "cigarette company."
I think it's disingenuous to say that kids shouldn't fall for ads when ads are such a pervasive part of our lives and you likely fall victim to them more frequently than you realize. Not to mention they aren't sending sketchy dudes out to events, they're sending attractive and social people to do it.
I think the trick is to teach someone not to fall prey to every single ad
Parents views shouldn't even be considered tho. Parents are retards when it comes to their kids and then they kid everyone into thinking they can think about issues without bias
Thinking parenting should equate to law is asinine
