I'm very not excited to pay my accountant a grand to do my taxes but they're complicated with the rental property and my S-Corp.
Hopefully after this year I'll see what he does and be able to replicate it.

I got audited a couple of times because the accounting firm Samsung was using was Korean and accidentally somehow double filed. The IRS tried to get 5k out of me. So I had to show everything in paper forms. Fucking sucked. I'm still traumatized.
