1917 was good also but didn’t want it to win. Mostly because of the retardation around it being called a “one cut film”

also it was a war movie and wasn’t really all that different from any other war movie

2018 God of War is a no cut game. Seriously. Unless you die and the game reloads your last save, there is not a single cut from beginning to end. Blew my mind when someone pointed this out to me.

it was three/four good scenes with a couple good lines in other places. i still enjoyed it but think it dragged on a bit.

DiCaprio is floating in his pool drunk with headphones on, with no knowledge of the carnage inside his house, when a blind screaming woman holding a knife falls into his pool

and he immediately marches to his shed, pulls out a flame thrower, and lights her on fire
