Some people saying $1000 per person plus $500 for each kid. Some saying $1000 per family. Some saying per month, others don't say frequency. Saw headlines saying $1000 or more...

It's all over the place. Plus, we won't get anything for a couple months at this rate.

Already told my wife, if we get a stimulus check I'm going to get a generator and a switch panel for the house. A new generator that can run the shit we need costs at least $1000, but we'll figure it out. Well pump, furnace, hot water heater, fridge, sump pumps, some lights. An automatic switch would be great, but that's at least a few hundred more than a manual one.

Need to get it eventually anyway, may just be sooner.
