Mushrooms, or hallucinogens in general? I would not recommend shrooms in that setting...its too much unless someone there knows dosage and can give you a super tiny amount. Unless you have a chaperone for yourself I wouldnt leave the house period. Not even incase you go full bathsalts crazy, it's just hard to straight function like a normal human being on proper good shrooms.

I saw color in waves and sound as color. Couldnt stop petting the couch I was sitting on. Wanted to go home but crashed on the couch cause i couldn't stand, not cause of balance or anything, but cause the sensory input was too much. I needed to stay down and still because it was pretty overwhelming.

I know Xno probably doesnt check the death stranding thread anymore, so imma just drop in here and say

Jesus christ this game is actually great when you're not doing the walking. The final moments of the game, when all the serious walking is done and over with, is some of the best direction and action in a Kojima game ever. VERY reminiscent of MGS3 and MGS4 in how he handles the encounters. You cant miss it and I was giddy the whole time. I cant overemphasize how fucking good this chapter of the game called "Higgs" was. If you've heard people say "yeah it does some things good but idk I just cant enthusiastically recommend it", what theyre talking about are these late game moments here. They're his best work yet.

The walking I've soured on, like 80 or 90 hours in lol. I dont even walk anymore, I just zipline everywhere

But me souring on the walking is a part of the fucking game and I cant say enough how amazing the whole end game sequence I'm talking about is. Norman Reedus and Troy Baker must have had a lot of fun mocapping and recording for it.

When i had my wisdoms pulled, they gave me a bunch of oxys for the pain, didnt even need em. Abcess tooth pulled, got a bunch of T3s, fortunately they were free cuz i didnt take those either.

Big pharma aint getting me hooked on that shit.

Tbf, there are mechanics in the game that encourage you to take frequent breaks. I've left it idling while Sam "rests" a few times for an hour or so at a time. It's honestly the best video game I have ever seen at respecting your time. I've done so many loads of laundry while playing this game lol

I hate my job at times, but I’m a GS-13 with great benefits and get 8/4 hours of annual/sick leave each pay period. Tough to beat that unless I take a contracting job.
