I know none of you care but this article and the comments are spot on: https://www.bigcatcountry.com/2019/1...e-jacksonville
I forgot about all the great QBs that Jags completely passed on idiotically.
"Since Jeff Fisher and the Tennessee Titans defeated the Jaguars in the 1999 AFC Championship game, Jaguars fans have suffered enough losing seasons to warrant decades of NFL domination."
A+
Also, a lot of times its lost on how much an organization matters for a young QB. David Carr probably would have been fantastic if he got drafted by Pitt at the time. He landed on a franchise team that didn't have their shit together for the first decade of existing. Whoever gets drafted by Cincy is likely to bust out, but if the same person were drafted by a well-ran organization, that could make all the difference.
People like to toss out the Jets/Bengals with Deshaun Watson. Would he actually be highly successful if either of those teams drafted him? It is likely neither of those teams would be a playoff contender, if they drafted him at the time.
The #1 and most important problem for me is the defensive coaching. Wash's family must've been kidnapped by somebody whose only ransom demand is for him to play soft zone in inappropriate scenarios.
Not firing at least some of the coaching staff in the off-season would just be such a huge mistake.
We need to release foles and rebuild the offensive line and let Minshew learn a bit, even if he sucks for a while. New TEs wouldn't be so bad either. Losing O'Shaunessy was a huge, huge hit.
I saw a tweet from a local jags radio guy along the lines of: “its about that time of the year where the Jags locker room implodes, players stop caring, and we move up the draft board.”
Sounds like they need a full coaching regime change to revamp the culture.
Re: Cam Newton. The Panthers have moved *down* the list of Vegas odds where he next plays a game, since we last spoke on the topic. Again, Vegas is not in the business of giving money away.
could be worse. you could be a browns or bucs fan. them dudes haven't seen the playoffs since nineteen dickety-two
hey redskins fans, plenty of seats available

you don’t see lower level tickets for less than $100 too often
upper deck is $4, TREAT YOSELF
Yeah, but then you gotta pay $50 for parking and/or walk a mile and a half from the metro.
Ain’t nobody got time for that.
only went there once, we illegally parked in that development by the stadium. all the cool kids were doing it
also their stadium is a shithole
There had to be some serious kickbacks going on to approve that dump to be built in the middle of nowhere.
i cant even watch an OHL (ontario hockey league) game for 13 bucks
I told myself if I’m ever rich and have time my bucket list would be to hit up every MLB baseball stadium.
I had been to almost every NFL stadium circa 2004 ish. Haven't been to most of the replacements since though. I made it to the first game at new Yankee Stadium in 2009(?) and the 2nd game at Metlife since it was against the Titans. I was working there at the time. I really want to check out the new Mecedes-Benz stadium in ATL, but that requires having to go to Atlanta.
Man. My cousin in law, who doubled as my surgeon this past week, dropped the bomb on me he got tickets to the SEC championship there this year for a bday present. I'm so mfking jelly.
How dare my cousin buy that for her husband and not a distant blood relative first. Fo' shame!
