When I lived in Cape Cod for 5 years the best Mexican food I ever found was Taco Bell. All the actual Mexican restaurants were dog shit.

Best burger place I found in New Orleans is Mooyah, which while amazing is a chain restaurant.

Bay Area as mentioned is pretty bad at pizza

Seattle/New York/San Diego are really the only US cities I've spent time that get every kind of food right.

I guess prolly Vegas too, since by design they have fucking everything there. It's just super expensive

I really don’t get the trend of people posting pics on social media (but mostly reddit) of themselves on flights with a nearby passenger encroaching on their personal space in a gross way (hair, feet, seat all the way back etc) and being like “Just had to sit through a nine hour flight like this” like I totally get there are rude people who would do that but then can’t imagine that so many people are such spineless conflict avoidant pussies that they wouldn’t confront someone over such a violation of decency or at the very least loop in a flight attendant to make them scold the rude person instead.
