Also there are condoms and routine testing. Things like Prep and PeP exist for HIV protection. The majority of humans have a strain of HSV and they have mutated into similar strains because oral sex without condoms is so prevalent. Bacterial STDs happen. I'm not looking for the approval of internet people for what I do. Sometimes I indulge because watching the pearl clutching and prudish police show up trying to make me feel bad is pretty funny.
