I thought about applying to an investigator role with the DC government when I was with DoJ; I don't know what your experience was but the selection process made me wary of the whole thing and it seemed like one of those jobs they were required to advertise despite just filling it with someone's friend. You might be working with a lot of people's friends instead of qualified applicants.

Getting deployed sucks but I've generally enjoyed most of my units in the military.

I am currently doing it with earbud tips because I can't find ones that fit me well, this I find justified. But I've also done it with computer mice to try all different ones to pick the one I liked best, that was excessive. I've done it with underwear, that was excessive. I've done it with flip flops for my toddler and other clothes to find his size, justified.

I really just have a purchasing problem.

i paid like 80 bucks a piece for my last pillows and im kinda poor, i invest so much in sleep for someone that doesnt get very good sleep at all, thinking about going to a specialist, i am scared of finding out i have a brain tumor that is causing my tinnitus and sleep issues though, wouldnt be cool

I did it with pillows too a few months ago, tried out maybe 3-4 different ones and only kept one set. Those were harder to repack because they come vac sealed and tiny.
