They don't go "back on the shelf". Its sent back to the manufacturer and recycled or just destroyed at the retail/warehouse side. They've cut down on this cause of costs which is also why return policies have become more strict over the decades.

Amazon/earbud manufacturer likely eating that cost though.

Actually i should premise that thats whats supposed to happen. If its "never been used" it can go back for sale but workers usually catch that.

I am aware, he's still a fucking asshole. For the record, 99% of shit sold on prime is not sold by Amazon or brands that own the products. It's sold by people shipping to Amazon fulfilment centers. Even if they are sending products back to the manufacturer as damaged (which most of them won't take because it wasn't damaged when you originally received it), you're still taking a hit on the shipping and storage.

Ok, to be fair, Razer quality is shit. I went through two Naga's in a 3 year period. Both of them fucking up or falling apart right after the warranty expired. Switched to logitech's variant of the Naga and that's been solid for me for 3+ years now.

Wireless when I was raiding heavily in wow and rift had horrible latency issues. Wired all day, every day. Only thing I need wireless on my computer is speakers due to my youngest cat thinking they are a chew toy.

These are two of the like 6 mice I bought. I went with the naga over the Logitech BARELY and others but I did have to get a new naga a few months in due to the mouse wheel grinding on something internally. Thanks Amazon for the free return and replacement, Razer wouldn't do it.

I just liked the feel of the side buttons better and how they clicked and the Logitech ones were a little too sharp and hard. I really wanted to keep the wireless too, but damn was it expensive.

That was one of my naga's issues. Mouse wheel was grinding so it wasn't registering, then second mouse the left click button was stuck and either it wouldn't register a left click, or would trigger a double click.
