I don't know what it is about SF6, but I noticed pros that hit DP anti-airs at a 99% clip in SF4 don't even attempt them most of the time (Mago/Momochi/Daigo/etc).

Edit: I understand Cammy has massive punishes off a dive kick, but I am not even talking about Cammy matches.

A) Because only OD DPs are truly invincible.

B) Meterless versions usually have some anti air invul frames, but if you whiff it for whatever reason the punish is going to be massive. Better to play it safe and just go for a normal, especially since a decent enough portion of the cast can get a potential combo after a CH anti air

Do people in the FGC acknowledge they're getting fleeced nowadays? I remember I brought this up to my FGC friend 15 years ago, he said it was OK because the FGC is this communal thing and didnt have non endemic sponsors like events produced by MLG and ESL. But looking at how corporate it's become I hope they buy that BS anymore.

Well Evo is notorious for awful payouts.

Otherwise the sponsors for the FGC generally suck, and will continue to suck unless the whole scene converts to being PC centric. The big boy PC component companies are where the real money comes in for prize pools, and that just won't exist while everyone is playing on consoles.

That or more tournaments in Arab countries, the payouts for the Esports World Cup in Saudi Arabia are WILD

Just about any AA in this game including dps have dead zones. Having said that I very rarely ever get screwed doing dp with Lily.
