And I'm talking about people who seem to stop attacking when its slept, sharpen their weapon then just get right back to it. Maybe I just keep getting paired with assholes, i dunno. Or if I do manage to sleep it and place bombs, I seem to be the only one, I've started carrying extra bombs to give to people now. I actually got a message from one guy after a fight telling me to fuck off with the bombs and how I was wasting time. Thus my question on the subject

i kinda know what you mean in that you can faceroll all of iceborne compared to base, so people generally do
i dont even use demon/armor drugs before every hunt anymore like i did in base

I'll use Dash Juice for Bow but not wasting time with the drugs or pills, especially in guiding Lands where it doesn't even fucking matter if I die or not.

I dunno what kinda people you've been playing with Mythe but I can count on 1 hand how many times I've had people wake up sleeping monsters. I play on PS4 if it matters. Even if you don't have bombs, when I'm on GS, people usually stop and let me get a swing before everyone starts hitting again.

I know the first Safi fight isn't hard but my second solo on it, I played like an outright pro and I'm very pleased with myself.

Does the Seige Safi need to be beaten to unlock more storyline quests? I'm confused on how to unlock more things and Monster Hunterpedia doesn't really say.

Is it just me or are people in general complete idiots on Safi? Jumped on my Drakshot today to get my last few levels/skills and so far in all my groups hardly anyone pulls aggro off a gunner or wounds the monster.

I've gotten pretty good at just tanking it as LBG honestly. Lets the melee hit the legs/tail and you can still hit head/wings/back.

Safi has nothing to with the games storyline.

Rajang and Stygian/Safi have their own quick little mini storylines, but once you reach the Guiding Lands the games story is basically over. The MR100 quest is relevant to the games plot, but I don't think it even has a cutscenes iirc

And yeah LBG is a pretty solid tank, especially if you're playing evade style.

I stop attacks on sleep for people in multiplayer and don't mind captures if someone does it.
But solo, I HATE capture missions or doing captures.
Specifically with MH, I'm an ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK tunnel kind of person, I don't use the berserker title on my guild card for shits and giggles. Half the time I fail the mission because oops it's dead before it can start limping away.

Don't rely on limping.

Monsters drop slinger ammo at 30% 20% and 10% health.

Unless you've got a plunderblade cat with you it's a very easy way to spot when you can capture. 3rd slinger ammo drops and that bitch is ready to go. Unless you're mid TCS on Great Sword it's really fucking hard to do 10% of a monsters health in one hit so it's a fairly safe indicator.

I dont know how some of the people I get online handle breathing. Was doing shavara we broke the scalp and then he went under to do the nuke and I had to watch helplessly as this tard goes to carve the scalp while the nukes going off.

Had multiple wipes yesterday on Saif because of people dying to his nuke so really, nothing surprises me anymore

if by some miracle i ever get three attack 4 jewels and two expert 4 jewels (or two attack 4 jewels and three expert 4 jewels) in my life time, i think i would start using this build on greatsword and hammer. wouldn't work on weapons like dual blades or lance 'cause you run out of sharpness too quickly, even with the sharpness v upgrade, but the damage is comparable to the master touch meta and if you've ever played around with divine blessing secret you'd know that shit turns you into a brick shithouse.

Anyone wanna help me cap my Guiding Lands levels? I saw a video on how to basically cap it in under an hour using traps and several people. Don't know if that still works or not and doing shit solo is slow going.

All of my melee builds start with those two pieces of Gold Rathian. DP5 is so strong that in most cases you can go through entire fights playing aggressively without ever using potions.
