Doubt it does. If the owners are voting, it would hurt a majority of the teams....so seems really stupid to vote yes.

NFL facilities can open next week if protocols are met and local regulations allow
Cody Lattimer arrested and charged with Assault 2nd, menacing, illegal discharge of a firearm, prohibited use of a firearm, and reckless endangerment
NFL players really are some of the dumbest athletes in all of sports lol.
Ed Oliver arrested for DUI and a gun was found. You hate to see it. Another 2019 first round pick down.
Is that 4 arrested this week?
Jesus Christ, if these people aren't actively playing their Sport, their free time is spent doing the dumbest of shit. NFL does have the longest "offseason," but still.
It's so funny when rich people don't register their firearms.
It's like - you aren't hood anymore, you can do these things legally!
All five witnesses against Baker and Dunbar have recanted their statements lol. Apparently mysterious bags of money were dumped on their door steps.
Part of me hopes this off-season never ends
NFL has changed the Rooney Rule according to an ESPN source. At least 2 minority interviews will be required for HC openings. Changes reportedly to be discussed (dont have to vote on it)
so now it’s twice as pointless
At least they’re not doing the draft picks nonsense anymore.
i'm fine with forcing more minority interview candidates as a process in general... i'm just not sure there's enough viable minority candidates to interview in the first place
if there's a real movement on this then someone needs to open a minority only academy for coaching and exec positions. that would actually accomplish something, albeit in the long run
i think that's still being voted on
