NFL is still gonna be at the mercy of their state/local governments.

I think the Jags are already planning to let people in at 1/4 capacity because Florida, and I'd assume the other Florida teams and like the Texas teams will do the same.

Last I saw (and granted I've been deployed for the last 3 months so I missed a lot), I think the Bills were the only team that has straight up said no fans allowed.
