While Pat McAfee was live today he got a text message with the Washington details. He said he won't repeat what it said, until it is verified, but that it will be a bombshell that will damage the entire NFL as a league. He said it included on and off-field allegations. This seems to be much bigger than the cheerleader situation alone.

I've heard rumors about buying the refs and that some refs have made as much as $2 million off of Snyder.

I don't really care if its true or not, as we'll find out soon, but if it is, you know there's a problem with capitalism when a man can be so rich that he throws $2 mil to refs and his team is still the laughingstock of the league.

I was about to say...he paid them and they still lost so many times? Maybe he was paying them to help meet spreads (paying $2M but making $5M off the result). He will be out of the league immediately if that is the case. The NFL will do an emergency take-over of the franchise, which is possible and legal.
