There was talk of Atlanta trading a boatload of picks to move up and get Chase Young. At that point, why not just sign Clowney and keep all of picks? Seems ridiculous on their end.

I dont know enough about prospects to even get half. I know some of the top players cuz Carolina is picking at 7 (if they dont trade back)
