man, looking at the boys team contracts dak presgod needs to be signed already. damn near the entire team is signed until 2024/25 at every position except safety (lolsafety). you're already paying him 32 million off the franchise tag. just give him 35 and if this team doesn't at least get to the superb owl by 2024 blow it all up and start over.

they're fighting over years. jerry and the gang want it to be a 5 or 6 year deal and dak wants it to be a 3 or 4 year deal.

daks perspective is the salary cap is supposed to skyrocket in 2-4 years so he wants a short contract now so he can really cash in later. cowboys want to spread the money over multiple years because it's easier to fudge cap numbers the longer a contract is and they can also keep him on a "cheap" deal before this huge cap increase happens

no other qb in the entire league has a 5+ year contract so jerry and the gang are being greedy
