You can go another 5 years and you'll only get about 6 other WRs that had productive careers (and almost all of them came from the 2014 draft) despite there being another 20 drafted.

It's funny. Peeps bagged on Cooper in Oakland but even if you completely exclude Amari's Cowboy run he has been the most productive WR out of the first round since 2014.

That's kind of the problem with 1st round wide-outs. They go to shit teams with shit QBs and are expected to be OBJ out the gate.

I think he meant wideouts only.

Nah I meant anybody. But even still White had a grand total of 25 career receptions for a grand total of 285 career yards. Leaf and Jamarcus might have sucked but at least they played football games lol

Kevin White is an all-time train wreck for sure but the other two guys had working bodies.

7th overall for no production is bad but Leaf hurt the team that drafted him way worse. 14 TDs to 36 INTs across 21 starts over 3 seasons. Yikes.

Something to consider is that White played 14 games, which means he averaged 20 yards a game. I'd argue that is hurting your team lol

I just learned that Vernon Gholston has less career tackles than career games and he was a #6 overall pick https://www.pro-football-reference.c...G/GholVe99.htm

Just reaffirms why we went OL, already got two of them mofos plus future hall of famer Denzel Mims. WR room is stacked

On the flip side of my own argument the 2014 WR class was:

    -----Round 1-----
    Sammy Watkins
    Mike Evans
    Odell Beckham
    Brandin Cooks
    Kelvin Benjamin
    -----Round 2-----
    Marqise Lee
    Jordan Matthews
    Paul Richardson
    Davante Adams
    Cody Latimer
    Allen Robinson
    Jarvis Landry

Which means you could be missing out on OBJ or Mike Evans, which obviously CeeDee Lamb will become, and be getting Paul Richardson instead.

I completely forgot Laquon Treadwell existed myself.
