Here's a bit of a dilema though, I got legs twice a week Tue, Fri, Front squats on Tue, and the Leg presses on Fri, but I don't have a leg press machine so i'm just doing back squats instead. I tried laying on the ground and using the smith machine but that shit don't work for fuck. Any other suggestions? to replace leg press? Also give me stretches to do to get my ass to the grass... I used to be able to drop down in a front squat with 225, and just sit there comfortably, but that flexability has remained elusive since my return to the gymnasium. Gib mea recommendo's
