i actually looked into homebrewing because its so disgustingly simple, but i never did end up finding a source for raws. if i(or u) can find one i'd homebrew in an instant

golden standard of beginner cycles is 500mg testE/week for 10 weeks followed by 4 weeks of pct. You would need 2 10ml vials with each one lasting about 5 weeks and the cost of each vial comes in around anywhere from 20-30$, so 40-60$ for 10 weeks of test.

Extra costs would come in the form of needles/rubbing alcohol/cotton swabs and nolvadex/AI which would make everything for 14 weeks total cost around ehh.. 120ish give or take 20

So, Mert mentioning multivitamins in the Covid-19 thread reminded me that I need to get some more. But now I'm wondering which multivitamin do you guys take, if any?

I only started taking them recently, so I don't know a whole lot. I have the Alive! Men's Energy one. Some Google multivitamin list had it as one of the top choices.

Or are they actually just BS and I shouldn't worry about taking any?

Lol yes. I mean just the test itself is like super cheap. Even cheaper if you home brew but that requires the upfront investment of all the equipment. But I can buy 100 grams of raw Test E powder and make well over 50 vials for $100.

Can sell each vial for $25~35 USD.

Ew 10 weeks? You're not hitting full blood saturation until weeks 4 and 5. 16 weeks is usually the golden standard. Maybe some Dbol and adrol. But then by week 8 they get the itch and love the progress then they come to the blast and cruise life.

I just get Optimum nutrition's men's multivitamin. Your piss will be yellow until you get through all the B vitamins in it. Honestly if you're eating a variety of foods it isn't that necessary but it doesn't hurt.

How many people are bald in your family. You can usually tell from that. If your parents and grandparents still have full heads of hair you should be fine but hey this is life and there are no guarantees except death. You're what mid 30s? You would've had signs of thinning and hairline receding by now if you were gonna go bald.

My hair is great but my dad's is very thin now and my mom's dad was a cueball.

I expect to lose it but haven't started yet (at 39)

Test will burn through it or you can skip the testosterone derived AAS and DHT converting ones and avoid it but you're gonna pay a lot of money for those.
