    I've read/seen it improves endurance, and apparently aids in weight loss. I'm lifting 6 times a week for the next 5 weeks on this program, so aiding in metabolizing energy would be extremely useful. I'm starting to get maps on my forearms, depending on hydration. The other thing is I'm not trying to take something like ephedra or clen that's gonna make my heart explode. I guess that's my main question, everywhere i researched said it didn't alter your heart rate, just improved your body's ability to use it's energy stores.

    I ordered some with my HCG, ain't nothing but ethereum.

    You'd do better with Tren + Eq or Bold. Or just increasing the test. If you have a family history of cancer Cardarine is a horrible choice.

    nah, no cancer thank god. well, grandpa got cancer from drinking but he drank everyday like a 5th or something. He still made it into his 80's.

    I don't think i'm gonna do any other actual steroid other than Test, since it's prescribed. I will be the BG experiment.

    Week 9, the slow boring of hard boards continues.

    Today was the first day my "metabolic age" was down to 40 (whatever that means) it was 43 when I started. I turn 40 in July. Wonder if I can Benjamin Button myself down to 39 before my birthday.

    Skipping breakfast could imply all shorts of shit, like... I skipped breakfast but I had a protein shake... or maybe you get up at 4:30... so breakfast would normally be at like 6, but instead you eat at like 10... you've "skipped" breakfast, even though breakfast is literally breaking the fast.

    Mother fucker you know the answer. Intermitent fasting needs to be atleast 14hrs (for me anyway) before your body starts to break down fats for energy. Ideally and what I plan on doing when begin my HCG/Test/Cardarine Cut in a month or two, is going to be eating from 11am till 6pm and then nothing outside of that time frame. So essentially I'll be going 7pm to 11am without caloric intake. that's 16hrs of 'fasting'. What's going to hella suck is getting 2200 calories in in that 8ish hour window. Including 2 protein shakes at 50g's of protein each, that's still like 1800 calories to account for.... which with HCG and Cardarine is gonna be a bitch to hit, cause HCG kills your appetite, and Cardarine tells your body to burn fat for energy.

    But yeah... skipping breakfast doesn't account for the discipline on the back end. I usually get in bed around 8pm, but sometimes, here in afghanistan something will cause me to work till 9 or 10. normally even while watching calories, It wouldn't matter If I ate 400cals of protein at 9pm...but that effectively chops 2 hours off of my fast, putting me at 14...

    So for me, it would be the same thing. Just lunch at noon and dinner at 615ish.

    HCG doesn't kill the appetite. Just start tren if you truly want to cut. Tren + Anavar + Winny

    skipping breakfast could mean you didn't sit down to eat but grazed instead. Also you could binge much later in the day when you skip breakfast.

    Intermittent fasting is going a certain length of time without eating (~18 hours), then squeezing your calorie allotment into a separate, very specified, small time frame (~6 hours) and then repeating.

    Those numbers are estimates and could vary for some people, like even a 20 hour and 4 hour split.

    Skipping meals isn't necessarily a specific strategy for doing a specific weight gaining/losing scenario, what's ultimately to matter is how you are allotting the calorie in-take with/without a workout. Intermittent fasting is A way to specifically trigger the metabolism into doing something usually paired specifically with a workout.
