    dude thanks man, i'm gonna break 400 easily, I could have today I think... I sat there looking at 295 and I was like... throw a couple 10's on each side...??? just do 6 more 295??? FUCK IT, GRAB TO 25LB PLATES AND PUT IN WORK.

    @ Zeal My back has gone out on me twice in the last 12 weeks. I posted my MRI's on BG like 8 or 9 years ago, but it's been a constant thing i'm always worried about. Except this time when I hurt it, I just took it easy, and kept going, and it got better and then 3 weeks later i fucking fucked the other side. same thing, took it easy the rest of the week, and didn't try to do anything dumb, and one day I woke up and it just didn't hurt. (*knock on wood*)

    I don't know If i'll ever go above TRT levels of Test. The benefits are awesome already If i can get to a point where I can Jerk 225, I think i'll be physically happy with where i'm at. Maybe that will take a big cycle to get too, but we'll see. For now i'm just enjoying where i'm at

    not sure i can do hardcore keto again although it was super effective for me, i want to find some kind of long term healthy diet. I mostly do IF/OMAD anyways just need to tighten up the type and amount of food i'm shoving in my face

    You should see a PT but most back problems usually stem from a weak core and glutes especially caused by sitting, inactivity and muscle imbalances.

    Once you hit 4 plates, you'll want 5 and then 500. The thoughts will creep in your hear and become nagging.

    Yeah, I need to get a weight belt. I think ill be OK with 400ish without one but if I push for 500+ I think I'll need one.

    Nope, just a deficit. Had half a blaze pizza for lunch yesterday and I made a bacon/avocado/scallions/fried egg on texas toast thing for dinner.

    I was down a lot of weight before the quarantine, My wife and I made four cheesecakes in the last two weeks. Also 40 snickerdoodles the other day of which there are only six left.

    I've cut carbs before I've gone keto before I've done intermittent fasting. IF was great but I like to keep the healthy carbs in my diet.

    I was close to 400 squat and DL last year but with the toddler going to the gym is impossible. I sold my home gym before I started going to LA fitness and I wish I hadn't now. I just do stuff with rings and body weight now which is increased my strength and mobility but I do miss the heavy weights.

    The cheesecakes weren't the worst problem It's that we were getting lunch and dinner bought for us every day at work up until tonight since quarantine started. It was a different place every night and I was afraid to get salads from these shitty pizza places in case I got raw chicken. So pretty much everything I ordered was terrible for me and up until this point I had been eating clean and meal prepping. Hopefully I can get back on track after this weekend and maybe start IF again, I really enjoy doing that. No food or beer after 8:00 p.m. worked great for my schedule since I do 2 weeks of day shift and 2 weeks of night shift 6-6 so 8:00 p.m. to noon worked out for both schedules albeit A little harder with night shift.

    I'm at exactly 190 today, lowest I've been in quarantine was 188. Gonna commit to this intermittent fasting and see where it gets me.

    I don't think we've gone a week without at least one batch of cookies being made in my house.

    My wife is definitely comfort baking/eating. I think I need to not buy the ingredients for any kind of baked good.
