    I'm usually a daily showerer and hate skipping them but it's just fallen off now that the only people I see are my immediate family. Usually shower every other day, but even if I'm on day 3 and mow the lawn or something sweaty, I still don't stink afterwards (I shower anyway but yeah). It's very weird for me.

    Losing 25 lbs this week looks like it is on the table. Usually I stop after 15, something about quarantine has made this easier - probably because there's not much else to do.

    I've got my weigh in soon but I lost a week a short time back. My older brother got sick and I had to go down to VA to take care of him and my niece and nephew. I should be somewhere in the 185 area today.

    If it makes you feel any better the grocery store had pringles for 99c a tall can so I bought two

    and then soloed the one per day on Friday and Saturday

    1650 calories I didn't need

    with gyms + basketball courts reopening in my city 3 month do nothing quarantine ends with significant loss of muscle + overall fat fuck gain of 5 lbs. prolly gonna puke the first time I hit the weights, am more out of shape than at any point in last ten years.
