Just blame your shitty lifts on insufficient oxygen
Fell behind Archi but this is the lightest I've been in over a year.

I should've rounded my 5'10.5 up instead of down so I'd have you beat in BMI
pahmped iron for the first time since March lifts were embarrassing but managed to not puke despite coming close after squatting
forgotten how good post-workout endorphins make your brain feel. neurotransmitters take the wheel save me from these quarantine/racial injustice blues
Another week of zero progress.
Should I:
Give up, declare 25 lbs lost a victory, and slowly gain weight as I return to eating normally
or
Double down for the 3.5 weeks until I turn 40 and try to get under 180?![]()
Definitely shoot for under 180.

Don't be a bitch and eat less.
dont listen to them eat like a boss and gain the weight back like the rest of us, life is short but also long
If I was able to go to the gym I'd definitely give up and lift my way back to weightness, but as it is I think I'm going to knuckle down and try to just eat a regular lunch and dinner with no snacking whatsoever and only coke zero and whiskey as treats.
I usually drink Kirkland Irish Whiskey because I like it as well as Jameson's but it's $28/1.75 instead of $42, but CostCo has been such a clusterfuck the past few months that I've fallen back to my cheap standard Jim Beam.
I'm always drinking it with Coke Zero so it's not like it makes much sense to buy good stuff.
i always knew you reminded me of someone

Dunno who that is
I genuinely prefer it to most for whiskey+diets.
