    Yeah I sporadically do my squats/pushups/curls with the kids, but when I'm on this calorie deficit it feels bad man. And yeah fork to face is 90% of the battle.

    i've been at my goal weight for a while and been trying to add exercising into the mix but i lack motivation.

    someone advised i take a preworkout so that it is painful to not work out? not sure if that is a thing

    Under 180 here this morning. Plateau breaking is getting more painful but still possible apparently.

    He's the same height as me I believe, 5'10.5, but he put 5'11 in his scale app so 179 is "normal" BMI at that height.

    30 lbs lost (1.0 lb to lose from this morning)
    Normal BMI (2.9 lb to lose to get to 176.5, the top end of normal at 5'10.5)
