    To an extent but any person with any kind of strength or athletic background will find the challenge disappears well before the two weeks Is close to over. There's no scaling or making it more difficult as they become acclimated to the program either.

    Week 19. Just held the line after last week's big drop. 10 days until I turn 40, no way will I get to normal BMI but I just need to lose one more pound for 30 lbs in 20 weeks.

    Just depends on what you're eating. If you don't drink calories there's plenty of ways to eat a 650 calorie meal.

    A cup of rice is 206 calories. 8 ounces of meat is another 350( that's being super generous and high balling it for high fat meats too) and vegetables aren't breaking 100 calories unless you drench them oil or butter.

    3 original oreos is 160 calories. 2 lemon oreos is 160 and i think carrot cake ones are 2 for 170.

    Double stuff is an unnecessary evil. I don't fuck with it
