Like lose all the weight you want but then don't act surprised when you don't do the things you "know" you should and the results are lackluster. So lackluster that you try to make them better than what they are by sucking it in, flexing and angling the pictures.

So it's been two months since my low weight (176.6) and I've vowed to stay under 180
And let me tell you, it's not that easy. I'm still just having a protein shake for breakfast 6 days a week or so, but even then I have to watch my snacking/alcohol intake or I start creeping back above.
Seems like an annoying way to live the rest of my life. I suppose when I can get back into the gym regularly I won't worry quite as much about the weight number as long as I'm getting stronger, but that looks like it is months off at least. Meh.
