It's like you didn't read the article, which goes on to say pretty much what most if not all the medical community has been saying: simmuh dahn naw.
it's like you missed the point or something and just had to keep carrying on arguing against something i didn't say.
Article is locked behind a paywall for me and it can't be read in incognito mode. So, variant.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported the case Wednesday. It is a person in California who had no known travel to a country where a virus outbreak has been taking place, or connection to a known patient.
California officials said the person is a resident of Solano County and is getting medical care in Sacramento County. They said they have begun the process of tracking down people who the patient has been in contact with, a process known as contact tracing.
All of the 59 other cases in the U.S. had traveled from abroad or had been in close contact with those who traveled. Health officials have been on high alert for so-called community spread.
Earlier U.S. cases included 14 in people who traveled back from outbreak areas in China, or their spouses; three people who were evacuated from the central China city of Wuhan; and 42 American passengers on the Diamond Princess cruise ship who were evacuated by the federal government to the U.S. from where the ship was docked in Japan.
Some of those evacuated were taken to Travis Air Force Base, which in Solano County. A number of the earlier cases have been in California, including among some of the people taken to Travis and one in which a traveler who returned to San Benito County spread it to a spouse.

As of Wednesday, the coronavirus disease COVID-19, which was first diagnosed in Hubei province in mainland China, has reached 37 other countries, according to World Health Organization officials.
"Yesterday, the number of new cases reported outside China exceeded the number of new cases in China for the first time," WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a briefing in Geneva.
The number of confirmed cases globally has surpassed 81,000, according to a dashboard created by Johns Hopkins University's Whiting School of Engineering. More than 30,000 of those are cases in which people recovered from COVID-19.

I work at a fucking airport because thanks county budget for delaying my promotion, and people here are freaking the fuck out constantly.
I'm counting the days until they start having to screen passengers too. Even though our international flights are much smaller than our domestic it's getting to that point.
Thankfully my contact with actual passengers is limited to doing traffic detail though it's possible they could cancel that at anytime too.
