So dumb question but is there any proof that when it gets warmer and more humid out the virus will die down? Or are they blindly basing this off flu season statistics without anything to back it up?

direct sunlight is effective in killing the virus and it won't remain transmissible nearly as long, but how much that will actually help us remains to be seen

It's been summer and fall in the southern hemisphere during this entire outbreak. The cases have spread, but not as prolific. But those countries also aren't as widely traveled as Europe, the US and Asia.

Seriously this girl is one of the most kind and giving people I’ve ever met. Fuck anyone trying to delay testing of this or put unnecessary rules in place for people that should be tested but can’t because “well you may show all the symptoms and be an oncology nurse but you haven’t been to Italy or China sooooo no”
