How do you eat your pork roll? That honestly confused me.

Usually it's fried on a griddle and eaten on a sandwich like you said above. That's what I do with scrapple too.

In my world, scrapple is breakfast. You coat in flour if you're feeling fancy, fry it up and have it with eggs, bread, grits etc.
