This might be unique to me but my nostrils, and specifically my nasal passage, feels so narrow that it's often clogged and hard to use properly, especially cause I smoke too much. When I do get that good sneeze that clears them out, hollyyy shhhiittt that feeling of being clear is second only to an orgasm.

I imagine that long q tip going down my passage would feel quite pleasant, after it was done.
