All I have is my straw!

I have no idea how this works, so I can't do anything else but trust the doctors. For now I'm still ok, and it feels like I have a whole level between this and ambulance. It still helps if I open the door or sit on the balcony, focus on my straw breathing to calm down. I can walk to the bathroom and such. I have been considering packing my hospital bag preemptively though. My bf is the calmest person I know, which is a great support when my breathing gets worse. I'm sure he'd manage it well, if I got worse. So far I've only panicked once and that was when I woke up into a terrible head ache and really shallow breathing. I think it made me a little scared to sleep.

very similar thing here today, friend needed some social contact, we just brought her into the quarantine family, she just lost her father right before all this. first person ive seen in a month besides my wife, it was enjoyable

Wifey has Tyler, but I think it's starting to get to them also, I rarely talk to my mom and dad, but i'm sure their routine never really varied much anyway, and when the virus runs through Roanoke i'll probably have to deal with that, with them...
