I honestly wish I could Men in Black memory wipe the original game from my brain. This entire game is wanting to see how memorable scenes play out in PS4 graphics, but drudging thru so much goddamn padding to get there. Then when you get to one of those scenes, the changes they make are so unnecessary or just straight up odd that it just kinda kept deflating my excitement for the rest of the game as I went on. The Wall Market really felt like a let down. New terrible theme, and some super cringe Broadway show in a sleazy bordello.
Jessie and Biggs (except not Biggs) getting overly long, super cliche death scenes in the tower that took forever to get to due to Nomura dragging out the train yard segment for hours. Plus the Whispers just felt so out of place and annoying. Their purpose, now that I've read about them, is interesting. It's just that from seeing how they changed things in this installment, I'm really nervous for the rest of the project. I really, really hope they don't have as much padding for the next installment.
