it works for p much any type of bread and pickle combination
I did it on the stovetop turning every 30 mins over a med/low heat in a heavy-bottom pot.
added 2 tsps soy sauce and 2 tsps of worchestershire also subbed homemade chicken stock for the beef stock.
no bing, its a kimchi scallion pancake, i'm an expert in them now.
