ARCHI! I got a rent question.

I'm trying to raise rent by more than the 10% yearly amount which should be doable with the law that was passed jan 1 2020 that says I can increase rent by more than 10% if I give 90 day notice, but I keep getting conflicting stuff involving newsom and covid. Why is it so hard to find out, i'm about to just hand a 60 day eviction and then tell them they can sign a new lease in 60 days.

There's ways but the effort to go about doing it isn't really worth it. Onlyfans really seems to go out of it's way to protect the content creators and honestly I gotta respect that.

I am the worst when it comes to planning dinner.

I will go for like 3 months straight of panicking thinking I just keep making the same shit over and over again and I am totally out of ideas, and then suddenly I will remember like 50 recipes I haven't cooked in forever then panic over which to make first.
