It's been fucking awful for my allergies too.
Last two weeks I spent in Hawaii and Florida before flying back to California and my body is raging against it. Woke up at 3am before I supposed to be at work with an awful asthma attack and vertigo induced too.

I love this weather but take away the allergies I started getting 10 years ago

i'm all for distrusting the federal government but using Tuskegee or anything else to believe in vaccine conspiracy is fundamentally irrational. Tuskegee was an evil, the healthcare system can still be racially biased, minorities still get worse outcomes when in said system, this is all true, and this has fuck all to do with a public and voluntary vaccine that our leaders and elites are rushing to take themselves. if grandma can't trust anything else she can trust in their self-interest. indeed this vaccination campaign is one of the few times the healthcare system is behaving totally egalitarian and sans the prejudice that often mars it.

I tell them to have their supervisor put in a requisition request.

Of course the county also cracked down and said the only equipment you can bring home is your laptop. No ergo equipment, monitors, etc could go home without agency director approval.

One time I had a member of our sales team email me a file, and the next day she replied to her own email asking me to send the file to her. I’m like...but you...sent it to me...you have it. And even if you don’t, you clearly have access to your email, where you attached the file, and you can pull it from there. You would think I was speaking an alien language.

This same person also used her company issued iPad as an umbrella once to keep her hair dry when running from her car to the front door of the office.

Thanks to Panda I decided to rewatch Help, of which I have probably seen easily 20+ times in my life (they used to play the Beatles films constantly on the Disney Channel back in the day). Oh, I agree dual monitor is important. My thing is I don't want to have to be responsible for and troubleshooting people's equipment in their own homes. I had to put my foot down to county ITD when it was discovered Microsoft's Always On VPN had an issue with comcast equipment and they were wanting us to troubleshoot and dick around with their modems.

I get that a couple times too. "Hey the network is slow, is everything ok"...no everything is fine for me and everyone else working, no one has complained about anything. Its annoying as fuck because they refuse to accept the problem could be on their end.
