Drywall is the fucking worst. Hanging it is fine, but taping and compounding can go fuck itself.

Looks like the tank is basically on the outlet.

ya flat outlet thingy wouldnt help, also the drywall im using is soundproofing drywall, so its 2 sheets of drywall with a metal sheet in between and i dont really have the tools to cut that reliably

You could probably unscrew the toilet bolts enough to just tip it a little to get a flat plug in, once it is in you should be good.

That would probably screw with the way the toilet sits on the wax seal and cause leakage at the bottom.

I don't leave the skin on for red potatoes. There are also tons or potatoes that have that weird skin that holds the shit out of dirt but peels when you try to brush them. Also the flaky skinned potatoes I don't keep ok. Plain old russet I keep the skin on, a few other types as well. So like I said, it depends.

With the exception of scalloped potatoes which I peel, I only bake russet and other hardy skinned potatoes. Skin stays on for those.
