nvm there's more pathetic behavior
ive still never played ff14, and still have no desire too. time has passed me by
anyway time for more d2 rune farming
I played ARR through max level at the time and started farming for the first set of endgame gear (darklight or something?). I enjoyed it. Went back and played a little more after NIN was released and enjoyed that too. Newer classes look pretty cool too. If I had more time I may have kept playing or jumped back in. Free up to 60+ first expansion content is a lot of content.
I played launch XIV and was able to stomach it for a whole month before I gave it up. I stayed with ARR for I think about a year.
I've been back in the game for a month now after an 8-year break and I'm really happy with it.

I did launch XIV for maybe a week. Did ARR till my linkshell got to turn 5 of bahamut's coil and people started crying and not wanting to raid cause Twintania was too hard for them. Haven't played since.
Don't need it anymore. Started Aion Classic and there's three world spawn mobs that drop BIS weapons. Getting to camp 4x a day when the first one spawns (6hrs apart forced spawns) and the 18 hours that the second and third ones are in window have made me feel better than I've been in a decade.
Like literally I forgot what it's like to be happy, but I actually go to sleep smiling and content now, even when we lose the claims or the DPS race.
Now I might crash even worse into depression if the game progression makes them irrelevant. They previously said that the classic servers will depart from the retail at the 2.7 patch, which is level 55 cap instead of 50, and at that level these weapons were still BiS. But the way SE did Tanaka dirty means I can't trust developers when capitalist studios pull the strings.
