As much as I like watching live shows, when the fees adds up to 25% to half of the ticket price I just listen to a live album and call it a day. Luckily most of the bands I go see I can just walk up to the venue and get the ticket right then and there.

Iron Man is like the only marvel movie worth watching

Iron Man, the first two Cap movies, the original Avengers, Guardians, even Ant-Man, Dr. Strange, Homecoming, and Infinity War, are all probably the only outstanding movies. Ragnarok was great.

The rest are forgettable.

Yeah, it's why I don't go to shows too often. We basically had to do a charge back against them last year after a concert we had tickets to was indefinitely postponed and they were being dicks about refunds

That was for overcharging in fees in general. It still sucks, but at least this way the fees are less.

Civil War wasn't terrible, it was good for what they tried to do with a Cap movie, but to me in retrospect it's the beginning of "time to set up future movies". Black Panther fizzled its ending, Captain Marvel was good for what it tried to do but ultimately was a set up film, and Shang Chi was great up until the cutscene staple fight at the end (and again yet another set up film).

If we're talking member berries, member when the MCU was about putting out decent films that connected to each other instead of connecting films that were about making another ensemble film?

Winter Soldier is the only stand alone I can watch and rewatch without losing interest. Ragnarok is fun. Civil War and subsequent ensemble movies are ok for what they are. Iron man/2/3, Hulk et al are movies I can't do again and I've only ever seen them once in full. The other movies aren't "bad" but there are whole acts where my eyes just glaze over if I watch them again.
