Winter heat schedule goes down to 65 overnight.

Summer we just turn the AC off downstairs until the morning.

72 is about as warm as I ever want it indoors. Mostly a mid-to-high 60s guy.

Yeah. I've done it before. I only get hot when I sleep and run tren mostly in the winter and means I can open a window.

Tho there are plenty of times in the winter (as long as it's still above 60) that I'll just layer up at home and leave the heat off
