Any long term injury/soreness stuff I have is from injuries before I even turned 20, I've still pretty gtg at 38.

i still have the stretch marks on my back from my growth spurt from when i was a teenager
i've been telling people for decades that they're from my time in a pow camp that i don't like to talk about
Haven't had any injuries that I needed to go to the hospital for since I was small but I def pulled the fuck outta my back a couple of years ago doing a rack pull without doing any type of stretching. I was embarrassed.
