Yo hailstorms are a thing in SoCal?

Saw some people on my disneyland groups post some crazy lightning at California Adventure last night.

Up in the SF nay area it got cold and windy windy felt like it could rain but never did that I know of.
California weather is bipolar in February.

It's only bipolar because La Niña. It was 80-90°F all last week and finally a cold front broke through for once.

Otherwise the rain has been disappointing after the very wet December. Another year of drought this summer.

weird i've only been here for 3 weeks or so and i'm picking up Italian rapidly (it is so similar to Spanish) but i noticed active decay in my actual Spanish. i've barely used it once in that time and rn even thinking in it felt a little more sluggish than usual
