I've had roughly 150 showings of my house and I'm just fucking done.

We've had offers, inspections, etc. but the combination of being in a flood zone plus a few quirky things cause the house was built out from a hunting cabin by the original owner, everything falls through. It's a cute house that we've put a lot of work into.

I need a break. We've had weekends with 20 showings, plus 2 hours of showings after work.

My wife just came over to me and said we just received an offer for 21k over asking with an inspection tomorrow morning at 9am and a second one for 4k more than our highest offer inspection "for their own knowledge only" and waiving the appraisal.

Just had two more agents reach out to ours to ask if the house was still available. That's 4 in 12 hours or less. I don't even know what's happening.

Sorry, 5 total offers in 12 hours. One came in this morning, then backed out (flood zone).

We think these other people have put themselves into a self-induced bidding war. Our agent told #3 that we accepted an offer, and they offered 4k over them. #4 and #5 also asked if it was still available and have asked if they can submit an offer anyway.

I still think every single one will fall through, just like the others, but a crazy hour there.

One of the most frustrating things with this for us is the number of people that leave feedback that the creek is too close to the house. It's stated in the MLS that it requires flood insurance and there are plenty of pictures of the creek in proximity to the house.

Just don't waste our time.if your feedback is the house is too close to the creek. We can't move the house and we can't move the creek.

Diablo 2 really is a troll. I dropped all mf, down to 37 to farm bases as I needed a phase blade as well as monarchs. Not only do I not get shit for bases in cows, while going to Tristram to get legs, I managed to get both a lightsabre and a nature's peace for my paladin with said 37 magic find off of a rare shaman while running to loot wirt's body.
