Also when I watched Coco @ home on Blu Ray, I didn't realize how short the film was.

Then I consulted with my friends about it and completely forgot that it was packaged in theaters with the 21 minute monstrosity that was Olaf's Frozen Adventure. Fuck that must have been torture for everyone in the theater.

Soul was just OK.

Soul actually surprised me how much I liked it. Not in the top but a solid movie.

I've seen inside out. Never saw soul or coco.

Though the surprise recent hit for me was Encanto. Probably because I relate so fucking much to the main character. Especially now that I have more information about part of my heritage so kind of fits in.

Encanto was also good, probably better than Soul. Although when Abuela Alma was revealing her backstory I thought "oh, this must take place in Spain in the decades after the Civil War," and then I realized they were in Colombia and said "oh this could be literally any time including the present."

Inside Out is prolly my fave out of modern Pixar but my memory may be influenced by the heavily tattooed Hispanic man in front of me saying to his friends "i can't stop fuckin crying ese"
