    I am actually curious as to how well the Indiana Jones films hold up to younger generations. BttF was a complete hit with my kids, but I can't show them Indiana films yet.

    why do people look down on temple of doom anyway? is it just because it isn’t as good as the other two or something, i never got it

    Y'all were bitching about SW films pages back and I kept waiting for someone, anyone to bring up the Ewok movies, which I thoroughly enjoyed as a kid.

    But maybe that's because I always knew the SW films are fun flicks to be fans of, but don't need to analyze to death.

    Oddly enough I think Indiana Jones suffers by having other films emulate it but with more modern takes. Ie. Tomb Raider, National Treasure, etc.

    Not that those films are as good, just that younger generations probably grow up watching those ones instead.
