Bro, if you've got subsidies FUKKEN DO IT! Battery might be expensive, but panels are cheap as fuck (at least here in the UK). Honestly, anyone buying a house in this day and age should roll those panels, batteries, car charger and maybe even heat pumps into the loan (unless you can do it out of pocket).
