I'm not saying Sabretooth couldn't win a straight up fight against many of them, or even most of them, but the stipulations state they know he's coming and have 2 days to get ready. Doesn't matter that Sabretooth has the same time, 2 days is not enough time to out-prepare Ra's al-Ghul or the Riddler. That's ignoring that Sabretooth flat out doesn't have an answer to Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, or Clayface even solo. And this is all presuming he doesn't go after the Joker first and just find himself sealed in a vat of acid five seconds in.

Leonard Snart alone would absolutely CLAP Sabertooth's shit. All of The Flash's rogues gallery would do the same, much less Batman's. DC characters tend to be magnitudes above Marvel ones. EVEN within analogues DC characters are stronger.

Sabretooth against the Rogues ends with everyone using their tools exactly once. Weather Wizard stuns him with lightning, Heatwave melts him down to the bone faster than his healing can keep up with, Cold freezes the bones, and the other rogues part them out and sell them for money.
