    Fast Five is when the series started getting way more entertaining because it moved away from really being about street racing and just turned into big dumb action movies.

    I’ve only seen like two of the F&F outside of the first. The first one will always be corny as hell that takes itself way too seriously.

    The others like someone else said though seem to own up to their ridiculousness and keeps it tongue and cheek. So I found them pretty enjoyable.

    From 5 on they've just turned into apex big dumb summer action movies and they're all the better for it.

    The entire flow though from having gone to a movie about street racing and dudes stealing dvd players to working for government spy agencies to protect the free world and fighting predator drones in downtown LA and submarines with muscle cars is just fantastic.
