296 hours of a 320 hour cap for me that starts on July 1st. Actually selling two weeks when the year rolls around because I barely use any vacation leave, and I have 7 management days and 4 floating holidays I contractually have to use before using vacation time anyways. Even after calling in sick last week, I still have 5 management days left.

Also sitting in on now of a 100 hours of sick leave. Finally going back up after having to burn two weeks due to covid.

It also helps California laws let us max out at 1.5x annual PTO accrual. I'm burning 24 hours in June to prevent loss of time and 40 hours + 2 floating holidays in July for actual vacation. It barely makes a dent in my balance.

Yeah, our union negotiated double. So I can at 8 weeks.

5.5 more years and I jump to five weeks a year so ten weeks cap.

just went for the weekend with friend, far more fun than i envisioned. i am also very familiar with strong zeros now, why i can't walk into any 7/11 at 8am and get tore up walking about town is a travesty.
